jaye9 (referred to hereinafter as "the Platform", "we", or "us") is an online gaming service operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between jaye9 and the registered user ("you" or "member").

By browsing our website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you unconditionally agree to all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These Terms are written and effective in Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will be considered final.

A personal account is required to access the full range of services on jaye9. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. If false or misleading information is provided, we reserve the right to suspend or close the account.

• Each individual may create only one account — multiple accounts for the same person are strictly prohibited.
• The name, address, and payment method provided at registration must all belong to the same individual.
• If any account details change, you must notify our support team as soon as possible.
• The account may not be used by or transferred to any third party.

jaye9 may request identity verification at any time, and you are required to provide the necessary documents when asked. Withdrawal access may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Designated payment methods must be used for deposits and withdrawals on jaye9. Currently supported payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: between 10 and 45 minutes.
• The withdrawal payment method must match the deposit payment method.
• Identity verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

jaye9 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the necessary verification is completed if a suspicious transaction is detected. Funds linked to money laundering or any other illegal activity will be seized and the relevant authorities will be notified.

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳) only.

jaye9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Claiming these benefits means you agree to the associated terms and conditions. If bonus terms are not followed, the bonus and any related winnings may be voided.

Welcome Bonus

• 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500.
• Example: deposit ৳8,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance ৳13,000.
• Wagering Requirement: 15 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer must be activated within a specified validity period.
• Direct withdrawal from a bonus balance is not possible until the wagering requirement has been met.
• A promotion may not be claimed more than once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds may be used to play all designated games — for specific bonuses, the eligible game types may be defined separately.
• Any attempt to claim a bonus through fraudulent means will result in the permanent closure of the account.

All content on the jaye9 website and platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is our intellectual property or that of our licensors. Reproducing, distributing, or modifying any part of this content without our prior permission is prohibited.

• You may browse and use content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• No content may be shared on third-party platforms without jaye9's permission.
• You have no proprietary rights over any game assets or virtual rewards won.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, jaye9 is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by technical issues, server outages, or internet connection failures.
• Any errors or gameplay issues arising from third-party game providers.
• Issues caused by incompatibility with your device or software.
• Personal or financial loss resulting from gambling — you are responsible for your own decisions.
• Loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account, where that access was not caused by a failure of our security systems.

Our total potential liability will in no circumstance exceed the total amount you have deposited over the previous three months.

• Your information is not sold to third parties.
• Information may be provided to authorities upon request in connection with legal obligations or financial crime investigations.
• Even after an account is closed, certain information may be retained for a defined period to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
• You may request to review, correct, or delete your personal information — please contact the support team.

jaye9 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms have been published will be considered your acceptance of the new Terms.

For significant changes, we will attempt to send a notification to your registered email address, however this is not an obligation on our part.

If a resolution cannot be reached through support channels, third-party mediation may be pursued by mutual agreement.
